a. Information You Provide
We collect personal information when you choose to interact with our site to request information or services. This may include:
- Contact Information: Your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a contact form to schedule a consultation.
- Information for Lead Magnets: Your name and email address when you download resources such as our “Parenting Plan Checklist.”
- Case Information: Any details you voluntarily provide in the message field of our contact forms. We advise you not to send sensitive or confidential information through the website’s initial contact forms.
Submitting a contact form or requesting a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when Saint Family Law and you sign a written engagement agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential details about your matter.

This is used only to measure whether an advertisement led to your inquiry. We do not send the contents of your message, and we do not send information about your legal matter. This process is commonly called “enhanced conversions.” If you would prefer that we not share this information, contact us using the information in Section 10 and we will honor that request.

We do not “sell” your personal data, as that term is defined by the Colorado Privacy Act. The third-party providers we currently use for website hosting, analytics, and advertising measurement include Automattic (WordPress.com), Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads), and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Advertising). We will not share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to protect our rights. As a law firm, we are bound by strict professional rules of confidentiality.
